Teckles Rescue

In 2022, Wetnose Animal Aid supported Teckels with £250 towards the costs of an ear operation for Banjo. 2023, was an extremely tough year for Teckels, whilst we celebrated 20 years of rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming 1,000’s of animals over the years, we struggled with our worst financial crisis to date.

Thankfully, with the support of Trusts, Foundations and other charities such as Wetnose Animal Aid, and the public we have secured our immediate future, we continue to explore ways to generate new, sustainable income streams, but we still rely heavily on donations to support our daily costs, hence a new application of £250.00 to support treatment costs for Karma, a very sweet young cat.

Karma had a bad flea allergy when she arrived at the centre and has had to have injections for this and now needs regular flea treatment, so her condition doesn’t flare up. Thankfully, her hair is starting to grow back (although still a little thin on her rear end) and she’s not itchy anymore.

If you would like any further information or would welcome a conversation to understand more about our charity, then please do let me know.
Thank you for taking the time to consider our application, and we look forward to hearing from you in due course. Wetnose Animal Aid gave £500 for Karma’s treatment.
